Amplicon and Shotgun Sequencing of Dusun Tua hot spring microbial mat

This project aimed to identify the microbial diversities of the microbial mats found in Dusun Tua hot spring via amplicon sequencing. Besides, we examine the genetic adaptation of the microbial mat towards thermal stress in the hot springs.
