Frozen evaluation protocol v1

This record establishes a third-party timestamp for version 1.0 of a frozen evaluation protocol used in a machine-learning study. The deposited file is a manifest of SHA-256 digests covering the protocol artifact set. The artifacts themselves are withheld under embargo; the manifest alone is sufficient to verify at any later date that a disclosed artifact is byte-identical to the version that existed at the timestamp of this record.
