sequences. Two files containing sequences in fasta format and their
annotated taxonomy. These files can be used to assign metabarcoding data
using software such as mothur or Qiime.

4. Data S3. Fasta file of the reference MAFFT alignment for the
phylogenetic tree (Fig.1).  132 rRNA 18S reference sequences
(Supplementary Table S1) provide a length alignment of 1752 bp.
Alignment  was stripped at 50% (columns of the alignment counting more
than 50% gaps were deleted).
