收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all the raw source data, MATLAB analysis functions and files, and article figures that comprise the study: I. Räty, O. Nykänen, S. Kettunen, et al., “ Simultaneous 3-D Adiabatic T1ρ, T2*, and Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping for Characterization of Myocardial Infarction in Ex Vivo Mouse,” NMR in Biomedicine 39, no. 10 (2026): e70378, https://doi.org/10.1002/nbm.70378. ---------------------------------------------------------------------SoftwareAedes software is used for opening and analyzing the imaging data.It can be accessed via: Open Source Software and Materials portal:https://sites.uef.fi/kuopiobiu/links/GitHub repository:https://github.com/mjnissi/aedes ---------------------------------------------------------------------Directory Structureimages/This folder contains mouse_XX.mat files, which include: DATAT1R: T1ρ-weighted imagesDATAQSM: QSM imagesThe DATAQSM datasets were used to calculate T2* maps.---------------------------------------------------------------------maps/This folder contains:Calculated parameter maps, including:T1rho mapsT2* mapsMagnetic susceptibility mapsThese maps are derived from QSM and combined T1rho–QSM measurements. masks_all/This folder includes masks and ROI segmentations for each sample. ROI boundaries exclude edges and regions containing visible air bubbles.Quality control:ROIs should not contain clearly abnormal values (e.g., ~1000 ms in T1rho maps or ~120 ms in T2* maps), which may arise from segmentation errors. Any such outliers are removed during the data analysis phase. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------Raw Data:FSE DataContains 2D slice acquisitions, including:T2T1T1rhoB1Other related contrasts QSM Data: mge3d_qsm_lauri_match_mge_6echo_qsm_01.fidT1rho–QSM Data :mge3d_t1rho_prep_T1r_Adb_HS1_192x128x128_01.fid--------------------------------------------------------------------------QSM: Open reconstructed image, download the corresponding mask and copy DATA and ROI to the matlab workspace by using Aedes "Plugins -> Copy data to workspace". Run new qsm master -plugin "Plugins -> qsm -> new qsm master".
