ИНГИБИТОРЫ ИММУННЫХ КОНТРОЛЬНЫХ ТОЧЕК НОВЫЙ КЛАСС ПРОТИВОРАКОВЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ

The article discusses the current state of immunotherapy in the drug treatment of malignant tumors. One of the promising methods of immunotherapy of cancer patients is the blockade of "immunological checkpoints" and reactivation of the immune response against malignant tumors, and also provides information on the mechanism of action, side effects and disadvantages of drugs inhibitors of "immune checkpoints".
