In this zip file you will find several folders as well as a readme file explaining the dataset. The neural net file can be directly used in cellpose to segment <strong>widefield</strong> <strong>20x objective</strong> imaging data of neutrophils. The neural net could be used for other types of data, but might perform below expectations.
