We develop an enrichment strategy to enriched for low abundance RNAs of interest before reverse transcription for RNA struture probing experiments Overall design: Mbnl1-/-,Mbnl2-/- double knockout mouse embryonic fibroblasts were treated with 2'-methylnicotinic acid imidazolide (NAI) or DMSO only and used SHAPE-MaP to examine the structure of regulatory region of a low abundance pre-mRNA.
