This dataset is ZSM-5@Slilcate-1 Related data on the performance of dual functional catalysts applied in CO2 hydrogenation coupled toluene alkylation reaction. The solid-phase epitaxial growth method was used to grow silicate-1 on the outer surface of ZSM-5. The effects of crystallization conditions (silicon source, crystallization process, crystallization number) on the epitaxial growth of silicate-1 on ZSM-5 were studied, as well as the effects of different passivation layer thicknesses on the reaction performance. Under the reaction conditions of 400 ° C and 3 MPa, the toluene conversion rate of ZZO/1:3.5Na SiO2 catalyst was 12.0%, the selectivity for xylene was 77.4%, and the selectivity for xylene in xylene was 73.4%. The structure and acid properties of the molecular sieve were studied in detail through characterization by SEM, XRD, N2 adsorption desorption, XPS, NH3-TPD, Py-IR, etc.
