Bench acoustic evaluation of a low-cost MEMS digital stethoscope: raw recordings
收藏资源简介:
Raw recordings of the bench evaluation of a low-cost MEMS-based digital stethoscope (INMP441 microphone, Teensy 4.0,USB Audio Class) used as the input of a MobileNetV2 heart sound classifier trained on public datasets. The archivecontains 34 runs: pure-tone sequences (30 Hz to 6 kHz; repeated runs, re-seating of the chestpiece, four playback levels, two tube lengths), exponential sine sweeps, heart-sound playback of 47 segments from PhysioNet/CinC 2016 and PASCALDataset-B recorded by a computer and by an Android smartphone (AudioRecord, UNPROCESSED), a smartphone-versus-computerlevel comparison and a noise test with the coupler inlet open and sealed. Each run holds the raw WAV, a configurationsnapshot and the analysis output. The played segments and the TFLite models (selected model, model trained withaugmentation, control model without BUET and Yaseen) are included. Version 2 adds the sweep, level and noise runs andthe two additional models; all files of version 1 are unchanged. Analysis code:https://github.com/kenarsuleyman/stethoscope-bench-validation. See README_data.md inside the archive.
