This dataset supports the study "Three-Dimensional Morphometric Analysis of Clinical Molar Endocrown Preparations from Intraoral Scans." The study analyzed 230 molar endocrown preparations taken from clinical intraoral scans. A custom three-dimensional workflow segmented each preparation into anatomical surface groups and measured internal cavity geometry. The dataset holds the raw point cloud outputs, the sample-level results, and the reliability results. All linear values are in millimeters. All angular values are in degrees. Areas are in square millimeters. Undercut values are percentages. Missing values are marked as N/A. A value is N/A when the relevant wall or surface was not present in that preparation. Files in this dataset 1_Point_Clouds.zip. Face-level point cloud files for the analyzed preparations. Each file holds one preparation. For every triangular face the file records the world-space centroid, the unit normal vector, the local inclination angle, the binary undercut status, the vertex group label, and the surface category. These files were used for the population-level undercut maps. 2_Master_Results_initial.csv. The sample-level results before undercut clamping. This file is included for full transparency. It shows the direct algorithm output. 3_Master_Results_final.csv. The sample-level results after undercut clamping. This is the primary dataset used for all statistical analysis in the paper. It differs from the initial file only in the four undercut columns. 4_ICC_Complete_Results.xlsx. The reliability results. It holds the intra-observer and inter-observer data for two manual steps. Step 1 is vertex group segmentation. Step 2 is reference plane placement. Separate sheets give the original, intra-observer, and inter-observer values, plus the computed intraclass correlation coefficients. Column key for the CSV files Filename. Sample identifier.Quadrant.
