Data and code for: Gender-neutral HPV vaccination and the equity of residual disease burden: a steady-state distributional cost-effectiveness analysis.
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the data and analysis code supporting the article "Strengthening Global HPV Vaccination Strategy and Impact: An Equilibrium, Equity-Weighted Evaluation of Gender-Neutral Vaccination Across Income Settings." The study is a steady-state distributional cost-effectiveness analysis of gender-neutral versus girls-only HPV vaccination across four health-system income levels, evaluating each strategy by its equity-weighted residual disease burden and net monetary benefit. The deposit includes the source dataset (per-scenario transmission-model outputs), the analysis workbook (baseline, avoided and residual burden, net monetary benefit, Atkinson equally-distributed-equivalents, and ICERs), a full methods document, and the code for the two sensitivity analyses: a probabilistic sensitivity analysis (10,000-draw Monte Carlo) and a one-way (tornado) analysis, each provided in Python with an independent Microsoft Excel re-implementation as a consistency check. Canonical result tables, the tornado figure, and a README documenting how each file maps to the manuscript's tables and figures are also included. Running the Python scripts at the fixed random seed reproduces the reported results; see the README for environment requirements, reproduction instructions, and notes on the analysis. Code is released under the MIT License; data and documents under CC BY 4.0.
