DDB1, as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, was used as the core target gene in our experiment. We use Tn5 Transposase to cut open areas of Chromatin by ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin with high-throughput sequencing). In addition, high-throughput sequencing was performed with sequencing primers, and the locations of transcription factor binding sites and nucleosome regions were identified through bioinformation analysis, so as to further study DDB1 gene regulation and DNA imprinting.
