Quantifying the orientation dependence of diffraction contrast on magnetic STEM-DPC imaging of freestanding oxide thin films

These files accompany the article"Quantifying the orientation dependence of diffraction contrast on magnetic STEM-DPC imaging of freestanding oxide thin-films" for a  Special edition of Physical Review Materials. They consist of low-magnification 4D-STEM data and Python notebooks to process these files. These allow other users to reproduce the results seen in the paper, as well as test their own processing routines on the datasets from the paper.

The files with the ".zspy" extension are the 4D-STEM datasets, whereas the files with the ".ipynb" extension are the processing scripts. After installing the environments, as detailed below, the scripts can be run in order.
