Gene expression profile in mouse skeletal muscle after Mettl21e deletion

Analysis of tibialis anterior (TA) muscle isolated from wildtype (WT) and Mettl21e deletion mice (KO). Results provide unbiased gene expression profile of TA muscle after Mettl21e deletion. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, WT TA vs. KO TA. Biological replicates: 3 WT replicates, 3 KO replicates. Total RNAs were isolated using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen). Total RNAs were quality monitored by Agilent 2100 analysis, and sequenced by Illumina Genome Analyzer in Novogene Corporation., Beijing, China.
