A Scoping Review of Applications, Benefits, and Challenges

This scoping review examines the application of AI in this context, aiming to delineate its characteristics, benefits, and challenges. Following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, this study conducted a systematic search of three academic databases for empirical research published between 2020 and 2025.本范围综述（scoping review）围绕人工智能（AI）在该场景下的应用展开研究，旨在阐明其特性、优势与挑战。本研究遵循PRISMA范围综述扩展指南（PRISMA-ScR），对三个学术数据库开展系统性检索，以获取2020年至2025年间发表的实证研究文献。
