Entrepreneurship education and student entrepreneurial outcomes in tourism and hospitality: bibliometric dataset, systematic coding and analysis code (112 Scopus records, 1995-2026)

Data, coding tables, network files and Python analysis scripts underlying a bibliometric and systematic-coding study of entrepreneurship education for tourism and hospitality students. The corpus comprises 112 Scopus-indexed records (1995-2026; search date 31 July 2026) screened under PRISMA 2020. The deposit includes: (1) the final corpus at bibliographic identification level (EID, DOI, title, authors, source, year, citations, author keywords); (2) a full systematic coding of all 112 records on six dimensions (pedagogy, outcome construct, method, theory, education level, sample geography) with cross-tabulations and the coding manual; (3) the complete PRISMA record: counts, flow diagram and the record-level exclusion log for all 80 excluded records; (4) performance-analysis tables (annual production, sources and Bradford zones, authors, countries, collaboration, institutions, citations); (5) node and edge lists for the author-keyword co-occurrence, reference co-citation and bibliographic coupling networks, with Louvain stability and key-merge logs, plus VOSviewer map/network/thesaurus files that reproduce the manuscript's maps exactly; (6) inter-rater reliability materials, including an AI cross-pass reliability probe; and (7) fifteen numbered Python scripts that reproduce every statistic, table and figure, with a 53-check consistency audit. Abstracts, reference strings and affiliation strings from the Scopus export are excluded in accordance with Elsevier's terms of use; the pipeline can be re-run by any Scopus subscriber from the supplied EID list.
