Topological descriptors obtained from the COVID-19 human lungs data set which yield a correct 2-clustering into healthy and diseased samples, or whose 4-clustering separates healthy samples from the rest.

In the first case we include the 2-clustering silhouette score in the last column. Next to each cell type we include the average number of cells of that type across samples, as well as the average number of landmarks, if the witness complex is computed for that cell type. (XLSX)
