Here, we provide the files used to generate the chromosome painting ribbon plots for the manuscript "ntSynt-viz: Visualizing synteny patterns across multiple genomes". For each file (human, hoverfly or drosophila tar.gz), there are sub-folders with the input files for running ntSynt-viz, and the comparator tools NGenomeSyn and plotsr.
