DNA from the epidermis of patients given PUVA treatment (psoralen and UVA) appear to have a distinctive mutational signature. We wish to confirm this signature is genuinely down to the PUVA treatment by dosing a commercial skin cell line with 8MOP and psoralen (both independently and together).
