It curates data points extracted from figures of published academic papers, covering multiple categories including total cross-sections, differential cross-sections, structure functions and more. Currently, it hosts approximately 138,000 data tables sourced from over 10,000 publications, and its webpage page views reached 4.5 million in 2023. HEPData serves as a primary experimental data source for the particle physics community to tune Monte Carlo event generators and validate theoretical models. Its services are provided free of charge, and the data is released under the default CC0 license to facilitate data reuse.
