Mouse RNAseq - Thymus, SHAM vs Adx Mice w/ MCMV

This is RNAseq data compiled from the thymuses of adrenelectomized vs SHAM mice when challenged with MCMV. Mice were assessed to determine the effects of corticosterone on the thymus, with focus being given to apoptosis and other signs of cellular distress, under the hypothesis that corticosterone mediates thymic involution through apoptosis when a systemic immunotherapy or immune challenge is given.
