Supplementary data supporting the Cell Protocols manuscript titled 'subSCOPE - a multiomic pan-cancer subtype classifier'.
S1_featurelists.zip : gzipped folder with 5 feature lists, each corresponding to each DATA TYPE used as input for subSCOPE. Related to protocol Step 1(a) in and 'Before you begin' Step 3(a).
S2_testfile.txt : Example file that can be used as INPUTFILE for testing subSCOPE. Related to protocol Step 2 and 'Before you begin' Step 3. This is a computer generated example for purposes of demonstration only.
S3_outputs.zip: Example of the two output files from subSCOPE when a successful set of predictions is generated. Related to 'Expected Outcomes'.
