This dataset contains untargeted metabolomic profiles from settled dust collected in 45 primary school classrooms in Guangzhou, China. The data, acquired via UHPLC-MS/MS, is part of a study investigating links between indoor environmental exposures and allergic rhinitis (AR) in children. Analysis revealed 395 metabolites differentially abundant between high- and low-AR prevalence classrooms. Mediation analysis indicated that specific metabolic pathways, including synthetic chemical exposure and lipid metabolism, partially mediate the association between key bacterial genera and AR risk. This dataset supports research on indoor environment-health interactions in a subtropical urban setting.
