Uniaxial Compression Testing of Tissue-Mimicking Gel for Phantom Fabrication

A method for fabricating custom wall-less flow phantoms from tissue-mimicking gel has been established. The gel is available in five types (Gels 0-4) to mimic a variety of different tissues. Uniaxial compression testing was performed for each gel type (n=10) using an Instron 3300 at a load rate of 20 N/min until 95% strain. Raw data from mechanical testing is given for each gel type comprised of individual samples.本研究建立了一种以组织模拟凝胶为原料制备定制化无壁流动体模的方法。该凝胶共有五种类型（Gels 0-4），可模拟多种不同的生物组织。针对每种凝胶类型（每组含10个独立样本，n=10），采用英斯特朗（Instron）3300型试验机，以20牛/分钟的加载速率开展单轴压缩试验，直至应变达到95%。每种凝胶类型的全部独立样本均附带了对应的力学测试原始数据。
