Transcriptome sequencing of the Neurospora homothallic species N.africana

The project involves 454 single-end sequencing of the transcriptome of one species of Neurospora reproducing by haploid selfing (homothallic): N. africana. Total RNA coming from 4 conditions of growth was pooled prior to sequencing: early mating (protoperithecia+vegetative hyphae), late mating (perithecia+vegetative hyphae), vegetative growth (mycelium) and carbon-starved vegetative growth (mycelium)
