Methylhydrazinium Lead Halide Perovskites: Effect of Composition and Dimensionality on Their Optoelectronic and Photodetection Properties

This data set describes the effect of methylhydrazinium cation on the photodetection properties of resulting single crystals. The data set contains structural and optical characteristics. Single crystals were used for the fabrication of planar type photodetector and the subsequent data set contains electrical properties, current−time, photocurrent density, responsivity, specific detectivity and external quantum efficiency as a function of irradiation intensity.
