This study examines social capital and digital literacy on entrepreneurial performance, and entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role. Methode: To test the hypothesis, use SEM analysis. Data was collected by online survey to 400 SME owners in South Sulawesi. Results: The study showed that the performance of SMEs could be explained through social capital and digital literacy as well as the role of entrepreneurial orientation as mediation. Conclusions: The role of social capital in terms of internal and external relationships, social networks, and values and beliefs can improve the business performance of SMEs. In addition, the role of digital literacy in understanding information technology, communication, digital content creation, and social media use greatly influences SMEs' performance. The role of entrepreneurial orientation also indirectly mediates the relationship between social capital and digital literacy to improve the performance of SMEs
