Synaptic development - STED-FM

(2025) A Self-Supervised Foundation Model for Robust and Generalizable Representation Learning in STED Microscopy. bioRxiv.The synaptic development dataset consisted of STED images of PSD95 from fixed neuronal cortical cultures fixed at Day In Vitro (DIV) 12, 16, 18, 21 and 25. PSD95 was labeled using the Fluotag X2 anti-PSD95 STAR635P. Images were acquired with a pixel size of 20 nanometers.The dataset is already split into training, validation, and testing datasets. The subsets are provided each in their respective ".tar" files. Raw .tif files are also provided (synaptic_development_dataset.zip).
