mRNA expression profiles from C57/Bl6J mouse hearts 3 days after transverse aortic constriction (TAC) or sham surgery. Mice were house under normoxic (21% O2) or hypoxic conditions (12% O2). Overall design: Mice were subjected to transverse aortic constriction (TAC) and sacrificed 3 days after surgery, mRNA was extracted from the apex, and libraries were prepared for high throughput sequencing.
