Russian export distribution 2021, by destination and product

In 2021, energy products occupied the largest share of exports in monetary terms from Russia to the countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), at over 60 percent. Furthermore, precious stones, precious metals, and articles thereof accounted for approximately seven percent of Russia's total export value to non-CIS countries. The leading export commodities from Russia to CIS countries were minerals, machinery, and metals.
