ATAC-seq analysis of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in a tumor-bearing mouse model

This project investigates chromatin accessibility changes in hematopoietic stem and progenitor populations under tumor-associated systemic conditions. Bone marrow was collected from mice two weeks after gastric wall transplantation of SHAM, GAN-KP, or GAN-KP IL-6 OE cells. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and megakaryocyte progenitors (MkPs) were isolated by cell sorting, and ATAC-seq was performed to characterize epigenomic alterations associated with tumor-induced hematopoietic remodeling.
