Bulk RNASeq Data from mouse spleens

We obtained bulk RNA sequencing data from from spleens in mouse. We performed flow cytometry-based cell sorting on mouse spleens and conducted bulk sequencing on the sorted cells. CD160- and CD160+ CD8+ T cells flow sorted from mouse spleens are named as PN and PP.我们从小鼠脾脏中获取了批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）数据。我们对小鼠脾脏开展了基于流式细胞术的细胞分选，并对分选得到的细胞进行了批量测序。从小鼠脾脏中经流式分选得到的CD160阴性（CD160-）与CD160阳性（CD160+）CD8+ T细胞，分别被命名为PN与PP。
