The Single-cell RNA sequencing in Viral myocarditis

Mice were randomly divided into two groups: the Control group and the viral myocarditis group. At 7 days post-CVB3 infection, hearts were harvested in each group. Single-cell sequencing was performed on isolated and sorted Balb/c mouse heart cells. Single-cell suspensions were processed using the 10Genomics Chromium System to construct 3' gene expression v3.1 libraries, followed by sequencing on an Illumina Noveseq6000 sequencer.
