Benchmarking of Mining Enterprises of the Czech Republic

The article deals with benchmarking of 30 mining companies operating in the Czech Republic. Based on the size of the mining, the first four companies in each raw material group were selected for the benchmarking project. Subgroup (hard coal, brown coal, oil, natural gas, brick raw material, building stone, decorative stone, gravel and sand, limestone, kaolin, clays and bentonite). Results of benchmarking are in manuscript Benchmarking of Mining Enterprises of the Czech Republic.本文针对在捷克共和国运营的30家采矿企业开展标杆管理（benchmarking）研究。依据采矿规模，本次标杆管理项目从各原材料组别中选取排名前四的企业作为研究对象。本次研究涵盖的原材料子组别包括：硬煤（hard coal）、褐煤（brown coal）、原油（oil）、天然气（natural gas）、制砖原料（brick raw material）、建筑用石材（building stone）、装饰用石材（decorative stone）、砾石与砂（gravel and sand）、石灰石（limestone）、高岭土（kaolin）、黏土（clays）以及膨润土（bentonite）。本数据集包含2011-2018年期间采矿企业标杆管理所需的输入数据，以及2011-2018年的初始矩阵（starting matrix）。本次标杆管理的研究成果已收录于手稿《捷克共和国采矿企业标杆管理》。
