Integrative Supervision eines Teams in der Arbeit mit unbegleiteten minderjährigen Geflüchteten (UMF) Integrative Supervising of a team working with unattended, minor refugees

Dieses Supervisionsjournal stellt den Supervisionsprozess eines Teams in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe dar, welches eine Gruppe von unbegleiteten minderjährigen Geflüchteten betreut. Die Supervision wurde nach der Methode des Integrativen Ansatzes im Gruppensetting durchgeführt. Es wird eine Konzeption auf der Grundlage eines Mehrebenen- bzw. Triplexmodells mit einem differenziellen Teambegriff vorgestellt. „Team“ wird einerseits als Gruppe und andererseits als Verbund von Professionellen betrachtet. Überlegungen zum Kontext werden ebenso wie Kontinuums Aspekte dargestellt. Thematische Schwerpunkte des dargestellten Supervisionsprozesses sind die Regulation von Nähe und Distanz zu den Klienten, die Klärung von Konflikten sowie die Berücksichtigung kultureller Diversität in der Arbeit. This journal is about the supervising process of a team working in a facility for child- and youthwelfare which cares for a group of unattended, minor refugees. The supervision was processed on the method of the integrative approach. The conceptual design of this supervision is based on the model of the Meta-Hermeneutic-Triplex-Reflection. The concept “team” is described via two separate aspects, on the one hand as group and on the other hand as an association of professionals. Considerations on context and continuity will also be introduced.
