Data of the article "Evolutionary history of mental glands in turtles reveals a single origin in an aquatic ancestor and recurrent losses independent of macrohabitat"

Input datasets and R script used for the analysis. The excel file "datasets_for_corHMM" contains the input datasets of mental gland (MG) status and habitat (HAB).The input file for the timetree can be found in Pereira et al.
