Bacillus subtilis strain:BS-Z15 Genome sequencing and assembly. Bacillus subtilis strain:BS-Z15

This study isolated the antagonistic Bacillus strains against Verticillium dahliae from the health continuously-cropping cotton rhizosphere soil in Xinjiang.This study will analyse the whole genome of BS-Z15 and compared it with other sequenced Bacillus species . To understand the the structure, function and biological evolution of the strain's gene from the level of genome molecules, and comprehensively analyze its antibacterial mechanism.
