Jurkat T cells have been lysed after exposure to 15 minutes of 9g in a ground-based pipette centrifuge. The RNA samples were parallely analyzed with RNA-Seq and microarray transcriptomics. 1 hypergravity condition (9g, 15 minutes). 1 ground control condition with exact same setup including aspiration of cells into pipettes and lysis after 15 minutes, but without hypergravity. 4 samples per condition.
