AKT/ERK-mediated activation of CDK7-MED1-AR axis drives resistance to pan BET bromodomain inhibitor ZEN-3694 in advanced prostate cancer [Exome-Seq]

Prostate cancer cells were cultured in the presence of the drug Zenith-3694 for a period of 16-20 weeks to develop drug-resistant cells and subjected to Exome sequencing. Overall design: Zenith-3694 resistant Pca cells were subjected to Exome sequencing along with their parental counterparts. Briefly, DNA was extracted from the below-mentioned cells and 1ug of total DNA was used for library preparation using Illumina Nextera Flex Enrichment kit and IDT exome capture probes. Sequencing run was performed using NextSeq mid output 2x150 kit.
