DETAILS: All data separated into upleg (_up) and downleg (_dn) in the viscinity of the sporadic E layers. Ion densities (ni) given in m^-3. Time of flight is given in seconds since T0 = 08/24/2022 01:16:00.21 UTC. LAT/LON in degrees N/E respectively. Alt given in km. PIP is the main payload fixed-bias ion probe. ROB1-4 are the ejectable subpayloads.
