Clinicopathological data on elderly renal cancer patients aged 75 years or older in a single centre from 2012 to 2024.

This dataset records the following clinicopathological information in elderly renal cancer patients aged 75 years or older who underwent surgical treatment at our centre from January 2012 to June 2024: gender; age; BMI; symptoms; date of surgery; tumour size; TNM stage; type of pathology; surgical procedure; nuclear grading; duration of surgery; ASA grading; survival; tumour progression; overall survival; progression-free survival; and other information. In this study, these data were analysed using statistical methods to identify independent prognostic factors in elderly renal cancer patients.
