If an item corresponds to a factor numbers in italics, then the factor analysis apparently placed the item into another domain, as we assumed constructing the item cf. the WHO domain structure.** For reasons of brevity, we indicate the contents of each item as a professional or maternity care organization characteristic. The question to the respondent refers to the actual experience.
