The on-target and off-target sites for the edited embryos were amplified using super-fidelity DNA polymerase (Vazyme, p505). The purified PCR products were submitted to sequencing using Hiseq X-10 (2 x 150) platform at CASMPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology Omics Core, Shanghai, China.
