The Valley of Death, the Technology Pork Barrel, and Public Support for Large Demonstration Projects

Data accompanied with the paper "The Valley of Death, the Technology Pork Barrel, and Public Support for Large Demonstration Projects" The dataset comprises a collection of case studies focusing on demonstration projects of low- carbon technologies in the following three sectors: electricity, industry, and liquid fuels. In total, 511 case studies are collected in nine low-carbon technology areas. The case study protocol contains all information on the selection of the cases and the procedure of gathering the data.
