Code and processed data for: Lineage-specific reproductive allocation shapes the evolution of direct development in frogs
收藏资源简介:
This archive contains the R code and processed data used in the manuscript, Lineage-specific reproductive allocation shapes the evolution of direct development in frogs. The package supports a phylogenetic comparative analysis of direct development across Anura by integrating species-level developmental-mode data, reproductive traits, a species-level hydroclimatic extreme layer, and a matched phylogeny for 5,062 species. The archive includes scripts for data assembly, species-level environmental summarization, phylogenetic matching, global and clade-restricted phylogenetic logistic models, robustness and permutation analyses, transition-pair contrasts, allocation decomposition, ancestral-state reconstruction, post-processing, and figure/table generation. It also includes processed comparative tables and result summaries used to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript. This release is intended as a public reproducibility archive for the study. External third-party raw sources are not redistributed unless already included in the archive, and users should consult the manuscript and accompanying documentation for data provenance and reconstruction details.
