Metabarcoding analysis of bacterial composition in paddy field on Mount Salak using next generation sequencing method

Two soil samples (PS1 and PS2) were collected from the paddy field on the mountainside of mount Salak, Parakan Salak village, West Java, Indonesia. Analysis of bacterial diversity was performed based on the V1-V3 of 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding by using Illumina Mi-Seq Next Generation Sequencing.
