The maternal mice had two genotypes: wild-type (WT) and conditional knockout of intestinal epithelial Gsdmd (Gsdmd cko). Pregnant mice were treated with DSS starting on gestational day 9.5 (GD9.5) for 4 days, and immediately afterward, the cortex of fetuses at embryonic day 13.5 (E13.5) was dissected for RNA sequencing.
