Photoperiod regulates cardiac oxidative stress via the Keap1/Nrf2 pathway in striped dwarf hamsters

The Excel file contains three worksheets: raw data 1, index Keap1 & Nrf2, and index Nrf2 and nucleus. Raw data 1 includes three groups, each with six samples, providing original data on body weight, heart weight, and various measured parameters. The index Keap1 & Nrf2 and index Nrf2 and nucleus represent the co-localization of Keap1 and Nrf2, and the co-localization index of Nrf2 with the nucleus, respectively. These data were obtained from 10 images per group, with three random fields of view selected from each image.The PDF document contains Western blot gel images showing total protein expression for each of the six samples in each group, along with images of the target protein bands (Keap1 and p-Nrf2).
