We have collected fecal samples from antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV) patients with kidney injury, LN patients and healthy controls. And we compared the gut microbiota composition between AAV with kidney injury patients and healthy controls. We found differences between those three group.
