This dataset contains cervical health and head\u2013neck motion data collected from 40 healthy male and female university students. For each participant, cervical range of motion was measured under six standard neck movements: Backward Extension (BE), Forward Flexion (FF), Left Lateral Flexion (LLF), Right Lateral Flexion (RLF), Left Rotation (LR), and Right Rotation (RR).Each movement was repeated three times to ensure measurement reliability. For every trial, cervical angles were first measured using a Cervical Range of Motion (CROM) device, followed by image acquisition for head pose estimation. All images were subsequently processed using HPNet to extract head pose parameters.To protect participant privacy, all images were captured exclusively from the posterior (back) view, and no facial or identifiable personal information is included in the dataset. The dataset is intended to support research on cervical motion assessment, head pose estimation, and data-driven neck health analysis, and can serve as a benchmark for developing and validating computer vision and machine learning methods in biomedical and health informatics.
